DECREE OF FREEDOM FROM CONTROL

Hi! Many changes here since I've posted my last Rysa translation. My computer went through an upgrade  operation, and when I returned- no more Zaadz! Oh, well, we live in a fast changing world, indeed. Hope this transition to Gaia will be good for all involved. For me it is strange, because I've almost forgot my little experiment with starting a Zaadz pro page, and here it is now. And I'm happy the picture is here- it reminds me of the original Zaadz simbol, and it's taken in my garden last spring. A late blooming of Croatian Zaadz pro, ha? Better late than never...

I'll have to update the front page, but I'll leave it for some other day. Today I have something else, quite interesting. I'm adding a Decree I got yesterday, and I've translated it (scroll down), since I feel this is a strong and powerfull (and exponentially effective, the more of us participate) declaration of sovereign and responsable human creator beings, which hopefully someday we'll all remember to be...

Decree for the Clearing of all Planetary Control Impending Humanity

Here is a decree designed to bring many of us together in manifesting what happens next on our planet. Those who communicate with us from other realms often tell us that 'We Are The Architects of What Happens Next'! This is an opportunity to serve in exactly that role. If you are going to join the decree you will probably need to print it off.

 I have no doubt that there are many negativities and control systems that are nefariously based and used to suppress the world population from fulfilling its intended destiny. This decree will

further shift that situation and accelerate positive solutions.

 
The importance of such a decree is this: if we all want things to evolve towards the light, but in the context of our manifesting work we all 'do our own thing', the effectiveness can be as

little as 10% (of a perfect result). If, however, the same groups of people all join in a single, focused request, they can be up to 90% effective. The remainder is up to the quality of the decree.

 
You will see that this decree is written as a command. Don't worry about this if your culture / religious / spiritual background makes you feel concerned that this is in some way an inappropriate way to speak to God. Remember, God is in all things, including you, and you are God's microcosm. As such, the whole is also within you, commanding the whole is your birthright, and you will see that the decree is qualified at the end in terms of the divine plan. It just needs a little confidence and 'ignoring your programming'.

A decree in this form is more powerful that either invocation or prayer. You may be sure that this is using your powers entirely in the light! It is recommended that you withdraw to a quiet place where you will not be interrupted. Then say the decree, with full confidence, out loud, since the resonance of your voice is a significant factor in your effectiveness. If you can do it in a small group, even better, for the power is then magnified.

 
This is something that is REALLY, REALLY VALUABLE TO NETWORK. Such decrees are exponential with the number of people who join them. You are truly in service by passing this to all your friends and any networkers you know – and ask them to do the same. Just imagine the energetic impact of this decree once a few thousand have participated in it!

 
Here is The Decree:

Read it a few times, so that you are familiar with the content and flow. Then, say out loud, at a measured pace, and confidently:

 I CALL FORTH all those who work with me from other realms of consciousness including… (here, list all those beings or cosmic organizations who are personally important to you) to be present and bear witness to this my Decree and I request and require your support to give full and immediate effect there upon.

OUR COLLECTIVE PURPOSE herein is to return the freedom and creativity of the human population of planet Earth, so that we may make the evolutionary jump that is now before us without let or hindrance and with the maximum creative input from us all. The benefit of this Decree is for all human beings and human hybrid beings on Earth, incarnated or discarnate, which I collectively call 'us'.

I COMMAND THAT THE POWER AND INTENT of every being entering or supporting this our Decree, from Earth and including any and all other realms of consciousness, be brought together so that their effect NOW shall be exponential as each being joins this Decree, regardless of Earthly timing

BY MY RIGHT OF DECREE as an EVOLVING CREATOR of the Earth realm, I NOW WILL AND COMMAND THE HAND OF GOD:

• That all curses, spells, oaths, past agreements, constraining energy grids, frequency fences, broadcasts, negative thought forms, psychological operations and other devices designed to diminish and control us from rising to the fulfillment of our blueprints now be removed, erased or nullified as appropriate and for all time.

• That all similar constraints that have been placed on those who stand in the light and whose purpose it is to serve the higher journey of humanity be removed and that all possible support now be provided in order that these volunteers be empowered to deliver that to which they have committed.

• That the power and resources of all those elite groups who have or who have sought to control us and deflect us from our true purpose and destiny for their own gain now be permanently removed.

• That all those strategies that have resulted in our control through institutions, manipulation of resources, suborning of religions or belief systems, political railroading, use of technology

for the dumbing-down of populations and all like constraints now be the subject of permanent reversal, and that the organizations used for their delivery should irrevocably collapse.

• That all those technologies that have been gifted for our benefit but stolen and utilized for nefarious purposes against us or merely suppressed now be returned to us so that each such gift is utilized as originally intended.

• That all people of high integrity and positive intent who stand ready to take high office and are appropriately qualified for the role on which they focus now come forward and be accelerated to their position; that they fulfill their role in service and with all due respect and consideration for the people they serve; so that an era of wise leadership founded and conducted in service to the whole comes swiftly into being.

• That people the world over be reconnected with their natural integrity, responsibility, knowingness and good heart so that we as a whole may return unharmed from an era of gross manipulation and dishonesty and once again establish standards of ethics and ways of living that reflect true human being-ness.

• That we return to full and effective stewardship of our planet from a place of understanding that she is a sentient being and of the many ways she has served and continues to serve us.

• That we now ride the waves of increasing frequency as our planet and cosmic environment transforms and in so doing have our consciousness progressively enhanced; our magical powers returned; and our connections to universal consciousness brought back into our full

awareness.

• That each individual be reconnected with all that has transpired in their Earthly journey through many lifetimes together with the ability to draw upon all those experiences, connections, skills and relationships as a fount of knowledge and wisdom in our current

lives.

• That without fear or trepidation we willingly and joyfully reconnect with our space family through the physical Universe and across all dimensions as is appropriate

• Earth being a nexus point for many other places, that we fully activate our purpose here so that we may progressively move to play our full part in the evolution of our universe as a whole.

That my solemn will and command, BEING DECLARED ONLY IF IT IS APPROPRIATE TO THE DIVINE PLAN for this time on planet Earth.

Dekret o uklanjanju sveukupne planetarne kontrole koja se nameće Čovječanstvu

MOLIMO VAS, ŠALJITE OVO DALJE NAJVIŠE ŠTO MOŽETE!

Ovaj je proglas sastavljen kako bi što više ljudi bilo povezao u manifestiranju onoga što će se dalje dogaÄ‘ati na našem planetu. Oni koji s nama komuniciraju sa drugih razina često nam kažu da smo „Mi arhitekti onoga što slijedi“! Ovo je prilika za ispunjavanje upravo te uloge. Ukoliko ćete se pridružiti proglasu, vjerojatno ćete ga trebati isprintati.

Ne sumnjam da ima mnogo negativnosti i sustava kontrole koji su utemeljeni na opakosti i zlonamjernosti, te se koriste kako bi spriječe svjetsku populaciju u ispunjenju svoje namjeravane sudbine. Ovaj će proglas tu situaciju dalje pomaknuti i ubrzati pozitivna rješenja.

Značaj takvog proglasa je sljedeći: ako svi mi želimo da stvari evoluiraju prema svjetlu, ali se u kontekstu rada na manifestiranju svi „bavimo vlastitim poslovima“, učinkovitost može biti svega 10% (od savršenog ishoda). Ako se, meÄ‘utim, ista skupina ljudi poveže u jedinstven, usredotočen zahtjev, oni mogu biti 90% učinkoviti.  Preostali dio ovisi o kvaliteti proglasa.

Vidjet ćete da je ovaj proglas napisan kao naredba. Nemojte brinuti ako vas vaše kulturno/religijsko/duhovno zaleÄ‘e čini da se osjećate zabrinutima kako je ovo na neki način neprimjeren način obraćanja Bogu. Upamtite, Bog je u svim stvarima, uključujući u vama, i vi ste Božji mikro-kozmos. Kao takvi, cjelina je takoÄ‘er i u vama, zapovijedajući da ta cjelovitost jest vaše pravo po roÄ‘enju i uvidjet ćete da je na kraju proglas kvalificiran u terminima božanskog plana. Potrebno je da imate samo malo povjerenja i da se„ne obazirete na vaše programiranosti“.

U ovom obliku proglas je moćniji od zaziva ili molitve. Možete biti sigurni da se vaše moći koriste u potpunosti unutar svjetla! Preporučeno je da se povučete na tiho mjesto na kojem nećete biti ometani. Zatim izgovorite proglas, s punim povjerenjem, na glas, budući je rezonancija vašeg glasa značajan čimbenik u vašoj djelotvornosti. Još je bolje ako to možete učiniti u manjoj skupini, jer se tada moć umnožava.

Ovo je nešto što je DOISTA, DOISTA VRIJEDNO DA SE UMREŽAVANJEM ŠALJE DALJE.  Ovakvi proglasi eksponencijalno jačaju s brojem ljudi koji im se pridruže. Vi doista služite kada ovo šaljete svojim prijateljima i svima koje poznajete u mreži, te ih zamolite da učine isto. Samo zamislite energetski učinak ovog proglasa jednom kada u njemu sudjeluje više tisuća ljudi!

Ovo je Proglas: pročitajte ga nekoliko puta, tako da budete upoznati sa sadržajem i tijekom. Tada ga izgovorite na glas, s odmjerenošÄ‡u i povjerenjem:

JA POZIVAM sve one koji sa drugih razina svijesti rade sa mnom, uključujući...(ovdje navedite sva bića ili kozmičke organizacije koje su vama osobno važne) da budu prisutni i svjedoče ovom mom Proglasu i ja tražim i zahtijevam vašu podršku da na temelju njega odmah date potpuno odgovarajuće posljedice.

NAŠA KOLEKTIVNA SVRHA ovdje je da vratimo slobodu i kreativnost ljudske populacije planeta Zemlje, tako da možemo učiniti evolutivni skok koji je sada pred nama, bez prepreka i smetnji, i uz maksimalni kreativni unos svih nas. Blagodat ovog Proglas je za sva ljudska bića i ljudska hibridna bića na Zemlji, inkarnirana i vantjelesna, koje kolektivno nazivam „mi“.

ZAPOVIJEDAM DA MOĆ I NAMJERA svakog bića koje ulazi ili podržava ovaj naš Proglas, sa Zemlje, uključujući sve druge predijele svjesnosti, bude dovedena u zajedništvo, kako bi posljedice SADA bile eksponencijalne, sa svakim bićem koje će se pridružiti ovom Proglasu, neovisno o zemaljskom računanju vremena.

PO MOJEM PRAVU PROGLASA, kao EVOLUTIVNI KREATOR  zemaljskog kraljevstva, MOJA JE SADA VOLJA I ZAPOVJED BOŽJOJ RUCI:

*Da sva prokletstva, čarolije, zavjeti, prošli dogovori, prisilne energetske rešetke, frekvencijske ograde, emisije, negativni misaoni oblici, psihološke operacije i drugi ureÄ‘aji za naše oslabljivanje i kontrolirano sprečavanje našeg uzdignuća do ispunjenja naših zacrtanih planova, budu sada uklonjeni, izbrisani i poništeni na odgovarajuće načine i zauvjek.

* Da sve slična ograničenja, koja su bila postavljena na one koji stoje u svjetlu i čija je svrha da služe višem putu čovječanstva, budu uklonjena i da sada bude pribavljena sva moguća podrška kako bi ti volonteri bili opunomoćeni da pruže ono za što su se bili opredijelili.

* Da moć i resursi svih elitističkih skupina, koje nas jesu ili su nas samo nastojale kontrolirati ili skretati od naše prave svrhe i sudbine radi vlastitih dobitaka,  sada budu trajno uklonjeni.

* Da sve one strategije koje su za posljedicu imale našu kontroliranost kroz institucije, manipulacije resursima, podmićivanje religijskih ili sustava vjerovanja, postavljanje političkih puteva, korištenje tehnologija za zatupljivanje populacije i sva slična ograničenja sada budu podvrgnuta trajnom preokretu, te da organizacije koje su služile provoÄ‘enju tih strategija budu nepovratno srušene.

 *Da sve one tehnologije koje su darovane za našu dobrobit, ali ukradene i korištene u zlonamjerne svrhe protiv nas, ili su jednostavno bile zabranjivane, sada budu nama vraćene, tako da svaki takav dar bude korišten kako je izvorno bilo namjeravano.

* Da svi ljudi visokog integriteta i pozitivnih namjera, koji su sprmni preuzeti visoke funkcije i primjereno su kvalificirani za ulogu na koju se sada fokusiraju, pristupe i budu ubrzano postavljeni na njihove pozicije; da ispune svoju ulogu u služenju i sa svim dužnim poštovanjem i uvažavanjem ljudi kojima služe; tako da žustro nastupi era mudrog vodstva utemeljena i  provoÄ‘ena  u službi cjelini.

* Da se ljudi diljem svijeta ponovno povežu s vlastitim prirodnim integritetom, odgovornošÄ‡u, znanjem i dobrim srcem, teko da se mi kao cjelina možemo povratiti nepovrijeÄ‘eni iz ere grube manipulacije i nepoštenja i ponovno uspostaviti standarde etike i puteve življenja koji zrcale pravu humanost.

* Da povratimo potpuno i učinkovito upravljanje našim planetom, s točke razumijevanja da je to osjećajno biće koje nam je služilo i nastavlja nam služiti na tako mnogo načina.

* Da mi sada jašemo na valovima povećanih frekvencija dok se naš planet i kozmički okoliš transformiraju i, čineći to, naša svijest se progresivno povećava; vraćaju nam se naše čarobne moći; i naša poveznost s univerzalnom svješÄ‡u vraća se u našu punu budnu svjesnost.

* Da svaka pojedina osoba bude ponovno povezana sa svime što se dogodilo u njenim zemaljskim putovanjima kroz mnoge živote, zajedno sa sposobnošÄ‡u da se tim iskustvima, vezama, vještinama i odnosima koristi kao izvorom znanja i mudrosti u našim sadašnjim životima.

*Da se bez straha ili strepnje mi voljno i radosno ponovno povežemo s našom svemirskom obitelji kroz fizički Univerzum i diljem svih dimenzija na odgovarajuće načine.

* Kako je Zemlja točka povezivanja za mnoga druga mjesta, da mi potpuno aktiviramo našu svrhu ovdje, tako da se postupno krećemo u odigravanje naše potpune uloge u evoluciji našeg univerzuma kao cjeline.

Da moja dostojanstvena uzvišena volja i zapovjed BUDU OBJAVLJENE SAMO AKO TO ODGOVARA BOŽANSKOM PLANU za ovo vrijeme na planetu Zemlji.
